Uji Sifat Campuran Herbisida Berbahan Aktif IPA Glifosat dan 2,4 D Amina Terhadap Beberapa Jenis Gulma

The mixture of herbicides with two or more types of active ingredients would show interaction of one ingredient with another. That interactions could be synergistic, additive or antagonistic. The objective of research was to know the properties of herbicide mixture of IPA Glyphosate and 2.4 D Amines to several kinds of weeds. The research was conducted in January-March 2018, at Screenhouse Dept. Pests Disease Plant Universitas Padjadjaran, Ciparanje, Jatinangor. The treatment was consisted of three types of herbicide with seven level of doses, i.e. a single herbicide IPA Glyphosate (0, 7,5, 15, 30, 60, 120, 240 g/l), 2,4 D Amines (0, 22,5, 45, 90, 180, 360, 720 g/l) and herbicide mixture of IPA Glyphosate and 2,4 D Amines (0, 6,25, 12,5, 25, 50, 100, 200 g/l) with four replicates. The target weeds were A. conyzoides, S. nodiflora, B. alata, I. timorense, and O. nodosa. Data analyzed by analysis of linear regression and MSM method to determine LD 50 treatment and LD 50 expectation. The results showed herbicide mixture of IPA Glyphosate and 2.4 D Amines had LD 50 treatment value (20,74 g/l) smaller LD 50 expectation value (42 g/l), so the herbicide mixture was synergistic.
